Welcome to Northern Cleaning Co. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services

Northern Cleaning Co. provides domestic cleaning services, including General Domestic Cleaning, Residential Deep Cleaning, and End of Tenancy Cleaning. All services are delivered by trained and vetted staff.


2. Booking

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • Confirmation of your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  • You must provide accurate information about your property, access, and requirements.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are set at the time of booking and include all cleaning products and equipment.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance (e.g., with lettings agents).
  • We accept cash or card payments.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If you cancel or reschedule a booking with less than 24 hours, or if no one is available to provide access at the scheduled time, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
  • This policy also applies to missed appointments or failed access arrangements.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing safe access to the property.
  • Ensure pets or hazards are safely managed to allow our team to work effectively.
  • Provide clear instructions for prioritised tasks, if applicable.

6. Liability

  • Northern Cleaning Co. is fully insured for our work.
  • We take care while cleaning, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of significant value left in the home unless declared in advance.
  • Any damage caused by our staff will be investigated and remedied where appropriate.

7. Complaints and Satisfaction

  • Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

8. Amendments

  • Northern Cleaning Co. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with the effective date amended.
