How do I book a clean?

Simply contact us by phone, email, or through our website form. We’ll discuss your needs and get you booked in at a time that suits you.

Do I need to be at home during the clean?

Not at all — many customers give us access and return when the job’s done or come up with other suitable arrangements for access.

Do you clean offices or commercial properties?

No, we focus solely on domestic cleaning, including general, deep, and end-of-tenancy services.

What does General Domestic Cleaning cover?

Day-to-day household tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, dishes, beds, bins, and more. You set the priorities.

What does Residential Deep Cleaning cover?

A full top-to-bottom scrub, including inside appliances, tiles and grout, skirting boards, hard-to-reach areas, and other areas a regular clean may miss.

What does End of Tenancy Cleaning cover?

A detailed, letting agent-standard clean covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, cupboards, appliances, tiles, fixtures, fittings, and more.

How long will a clean take?

Depends on your home and the type of clean. We’ll provide an estimated time-frame when you book and make the most of the time we have.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or card upon completion. For lettings agents or landlords, alternative terms can be discussed in advance.

How much notice do I need to book?

The more notice the better, but we’ll do our best to fit you in quickly, particularly for end-of-tenancy cleans.

Do you offer discounts for regular customers?

Yes — ongoing domestic cleaning can be arranged at discounted rates.
